Fashion Lookbook

You have a collection or a set of looks, and you need them photographed with enough consistency that they sit together on a page and enough variation that nobody scrolls past.

What this session is

Photography is charged at £300 per hour for fashion, portrait / personal branding and brand / commercial work. Two hours cost £600; four hours cost £1,200 before extras. The whole shoot includes 10 retouched photographs, delivered within two weeks. Mariya-supplied clothing, accessories and shoes cost £100 per look; own wardrobe has no styling fee. Studio and applicable travel are separate.

Why it fits your answers

You are photographing garments or a collection rather than a person's professional identity, and you need range. Lookbooks live or die on pacing: full length for the cut, mid for the styling, close for the fabric. Four hours is what it takes to get that rhythm across several looks without rushing the changes.

How to prepare the looks

Steam everything the night before — creases cost more in retouching than they do in ironing. Bring the accessories you are unsure about; deciding in front of a mirror on set is faster than deciding in advance. Sequence the looks from lightest to darkest so the light setup moves in one direction rather than back and forth.

Budget note

Mariya charges £300 per hour for fashion, portrait / personal branding and brand / commercial photography. The booking includes 10 retouched photographs for the whole shoot, delivered within two weeks. Bring your own wardrobe at no styling charge, or add clothing, accessories and shoes supplied by Mariya at £100 per look. Studio hire and applicable travel are separate. Related: cost calculator.

How this result was chosen

The quiz asks 7 questions and each answer adds weight to one or more of 6 outcomes. This page is the one your answers weighted highest; the alternatives were Personal Branding Session, Brand Content Day, UGC Pieces, Model Portfolio / Editorial Portrait and Hotel & Venue Content. Where two outcomes score closely the honest answer is that either would work, which is why every outcome is readable from the list below rather than hidden behind the quiz.
