Mariya Harley Photography respects your privacy. This notice explains what information may be handled when you use this website or contact Mariya about a photography project.
Information you choose to provide
The project form sends the details you provide over an encrypted connection to Mariya's business inbox. The website processes the submission only to deliver that enquiry; it does not publish it or use it for advertising.
Enquiry emails may include your name, email address, preferred dates, project type, property or brand name, location and the information you include in your message.
Why correspondence is used
Correspondence is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, plan and deliver commissioned work, keep records of agreed services and meet legal or accounting obligations. It is not sold to third parties.
Website analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, referral sources, device and browser information and approximate location. Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies. The site does not intentionally enable advertising personalisation or third-party advertising pixels.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate business email, hosting, file delivery, accounting or commissioned photography services. Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, contract, business records or applicable legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
